1. Service Description

ETSAI provides an AI-powered spec collection tool for custom order sellers. Sellers create products with intake questions, and buyers provide their customization details through a conversational AI interface.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• One account per person or business entity

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Collect information that violates others' privacy
• Abuse or attempt to manipulate the AI system
• Exceed the usage limits of your plan

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create (product descriptions, questions, etc.). We retain rights to the ETSAI platform, branding, and underlying technology.

5. AI-Generated Content

ETSAI uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate intake questions and manage conversations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should review AI-generated questions before using them with buyers.

6. Limitation of Liability

ETSAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
