Yes. We use HTTPS for all connections, store tokens securely, and conversations are processed via Anthropic's Claude API which does not use your data for training. You can delete your account and all data at any time.

If a buyer asks something outside the AI's scope, the order gets escalated. You'll see an "Escalated" badge on your dashboard and receive an email notification so you can follow up directly with the buyer.
