2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the ETSAI service
• To process buyer intake conversations using AI
• To send email notifications you've opted into (completion, escalation)
• To improve and develop new features

3. Third-Party Services

Anthropic (Claude AI)

Buyer conversations are processed by Claude AI (Anthropic) to collect order specifications. Your data is processed under Anthropic's API terms and is not used to train their models.

Etsy API

If you connect your Etsy shop, we access your shop listings and orders via the Etsy API under their terms of service. We store OAuth tokens securely and only access data necessary for the service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, as necessary to provide the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

• Access: You can view all your data in the dashboard
• Export: You can copy or download specs for any order
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all data from Settings
• Opt-out: You can disable email notifications at any time

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token storage, and WAL-mode database operations.
